Symbiosis Institute of International Business or as abbreviated as SIIB is an autonomous institute founded in 1956. The institute is one of the prestigious business schools in the country and is a constituent of Symbiosis International University (SIU). It is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Through all its years, the institute has not only focused academically but also ensured the smart personality and holistic behavior of the students.In 2002, the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India conferred the "Deemed to be University" status on Symbiosis, and further in 2006 the UGC vide its notification withdrew the word Deemed and renamed the University as Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU).
